are sourced from farms
in the South West
of Western Australia.
WHY IS THE MEAT VACUUM PACKED?
Sycan Meats vacuumed pack
all our meats to
ensure that the highest
quality is kept and
extends the fridge life
of our beef and lamb
products. Vacuum packed
primal cuts of beef
& lamb stored at 0°C
should have a shelf
life of 4-8 weeks.
WHAT IS VACUUM PACKED?
Vacuum packing is the process
of removing
air from the inside of
the package, and then
sealing the package to
prevent air from re-entering,
therefore, oxidation, dehydration,
and the
growth of air borne microorganisms
such as
aerobic bacteria, mold,
and yeast ceases
to be a factor in the deterioration
of the
meat. Oxidation, dehydration,
and slow bacterial
growth cause freezer burn.
Without oxygen,
none of these are possible.
By vacuum packing
the meat freezer burn is
eliminated.
HOW LONG FROM TIME OF ORDER TILL DELIVERY?
Our monthly scheduled delivery
dates are
found on the Sycan Meats
homepage. Products ordered before the scheduled order
cut-off date will be delivered
on the next
scheduled delivery date,
which takes place
a week later. These dates
are found on the
Sycan Meats homepage.

DELIVERY
Delivery is free to the
Perth Metro area.
We are happy to delivery
outside this area,
however additional charges
will apply. Your
order will need to be refrigerated
as soon
as you receive it. Our
orders are delivered
in a refrigerated truck,
but are not packed
with any cooling substances,
you will need
to refrigerate/freezer
your order as soon
as your receive it.
If there is no-one home at the time of delivery
our driver will return your order the Sycan
Meats premises. You will then be contacted
by Sycan Meats to arrange another delivery
time, a $20.00 charge will apply for this
delivery.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

through Sycan Meats,
this can be done using
our online order form, or by calling us directly.
PAYMENTS
Payments to Sycan Meats
can be made via electronic
funds transfer, cash or
credit card. Please
contact us directly for
all credit card payments.
